Fueldo - Retail Fuel Dispenser

This project was done as a part of my academic course ‘Display and Control’ at NID guided by Nachiketa Charkhwal . The project attempts to redesign the commonly used dispenser machines in India.

In the Indian context these machines are operated by a salesperson rather than the customers themselves.

Accesibility and Screen Visibility

The new Rhomboid shape gives better visibility of the screen and also helps in organising the nozzles (without getting confused with where to put the nozzle back).

It is recommended to place the dispenser on top of an island so that vehicles do not crash into the machine. The current dispensers have control panels placed without taking this into account, making it difficult to access.
